Personal branding and digital platform for food journalist and sensory expert Patrick Zbinden
For more than 20 years, food journalist and sensory expert Patrick Zbinden has been working on topics and trends relating to what we eat. He supplies expert advice to restaurants, chefs and companies from the food industry on dishes, products and concepts. Patrick Zbinden gives lectures on the culinary arts of the future, holds taste tests for the media and leads training seminars and workshops.
gyselroth™ designed the personal branding for Patrick Zbinden. In a comprehensive strategic phase, the broad range of services was structured and made accessible to various target groups via a digital platform.
A key element of Patrick Zbinden’s brand identity is the different visuals. It represents the link between nutrition, science and research and is an effective differentiating factor. The angular typography also conveys the sensory theme in a visual way, emphasising the technical aspect in particular. The bright colours further underscore Patrick Zbinden’s innovative character and forward-looking approach.
Personal branding is at the forefront of the digital platform. The structure combines the various specialist areas and the wide-ranging expertise of Patrick Zbinden in one holistic presence. The wider target audience was taken into account in the website design.
