Brand development for hair stylists

Twin sisters Sonja and Barbara Bill established their hair salon, where they offer a range of hair and beauty services, in 2005. With the opening of a new salon in Uster in late 2018, the aim was to give the existing brand image a makeover.

gyselroth™ had already created the first brand identity for Bill&Bill Hairstyle 15 years ago. This time around, we came up with a full rebrand in tandem with the new salon opening. The fresh brand identity reflects the business philosophy of Bill&Bill and accentuates the new salon. The imagery lends more weight to the interior design, while short film sequences highlight the creative craft of the hairdressing profession.

On the digital platform, more focus has been placed on employees. This is aimed at highlighting Bill&Bill’s team spirit and demonstrating the company’s desire to put people at its centre.


While minor changes were made to the colour scheme of the web presence, the typeface and logo remained unchanged in order to ensure brand recognition.
